不能给红心

我电脑有点慢，我就重新装了系统，可是装完了 为什么不能给红心了呢

难道必须要装ie7 才可以吗？

还用IE？装个火狐浏览器吧，安全，在论坛也没有功能限制。

楼主兄弟如果出现不能给红心的情况，应该与主系统没关的，原因有可能是用在线代理进入论坛，才会有这样出现，可考虑用无XX界或自X由X门等工具的基础上登陆，然后尝试点击看下情况是否有好的改善；希望楼主可以明白。
