Every industry has its potential. become successed can happen in every single industry such as sport industry - mizuno, automoblie industry - BMW, etc. the best businessman is always someone who knows the industry and who has guts to make things happen. Japan is a huge market for adult entertainment industry. I think japanese people are not born to have sexual-freaky mind; however, i believe that somehow companies create what customer's need and produce movie base on that. So when we look at the products in japan porn industry, we preceive japanese has this kind of "wants" (really freaky one can be "fucking with octopus") . i can give an example like "weared girl underwear" selling in adult shop. normally people will not buy it just because some gals wear it before. however, the shop shows the photo of the girl, it create a sexual fantacy for customers. Everything is about marketing, nothing like other people "japanese nation is a porn nation". In here i can see  japanese got a very creative mind and i think thats why lots of japanese products are popular in the world (not just porn haha).

Everything is about Marketing. Here is a little test for you guys " have you ever downloaded a japanese porn movie because the cover is attractive? then after you watch it, do you still really think that that movie is as good as you expected before?" well, my answer is the cover girl and discriptions are sometime just for grapping your attention. But that AV is not very good looking in the movie. haha. how about your experience?
