It is very interesting to read the topic "There Is No Sin In True Love - Sexual Desire". Why interesting? The writer seems to make a joke to us. How can it be possible there is no sin when a son has incest and adultery relationship with his mother. It it is not sinfull at all, I think the whole world moral standard will be totally turned over and what we can see is a mad mad world of incests and adulteries.
But just because of this topic that has attracted the attention of the readers. They are very eager to know why it is not sinful even there is incest between mother and son.
Such a similar theme has been talked over and over again. As a matter of fact, such a theme has been raised out by one of the world known British novelist, D. H. Lawrence, many years ago. (round about the 20th Century). He is the writer of a very famous adult novel "Lady Chaterine's Lover" which has been banned for many years. In his other novel "Sons and Lovers", he gives quite a lot of touches of the mother's hidden love about one of her sons. Though the descriptions are not very explicit, it has aroused many hot debates whether it is against the moral standard of the society at that time.
Of course, to-day we can talk lots about incest or anything in the adult Forum. But presume many writers who talk about incests may have been influenced by the ideas of D. H. Lawrence.
The opening paragraph of this Chapter has a big dramatic effect. The character is described to appear like Big Brother Mark in the film talking about Black Society. He wears a black jacket,a pair of black sun glasses and a cigarette hanging half way at the corner of his mouth. Many people passing will stop and give some sort of strange eye sights. Interestingly, the writer thinks all the reasons for that is becuase he looks too handsome to them. But when he looks at the front glass of the car, he finally understand what a great fool he has made. He does not look nice at all. Such a funny dressing is also teased by his mother later on.
In this paragraph, the readers have an impression that the character is waiting for his girl friend. But alarmingly, we are told what he is waiting for is his mother who has already committed incest and adultery with this young man. The climax of the story immediately starts. The curiosity of the readers is aroused because they are eager to know what will happen in the following paragraphs.
It is very funny to see the embrassment when mother and son's shopping. The son keeps on pretending to be his mother's husband while his mother just takes him as her younger brother. Such a scene reflects the son's abnormal psychological problem to the full extent. He simply throw away all the present normal moral standard set down by the society. What is wrong in loving his mother? What is the sin of loving his mother? To him, loving his mother is not a sin at all because it is a true love.
Whether the readers like such a content or not is open to discussion and debates. If you are a moral standard upholders, you will of course condem such a degerating moral behaviour of this young man, but for the others, what is the harm if there is true love between mother and son. Provided they love each other, it will be everything.
Though we do not have much descriptions about the sexual acts, we still have a great enjoyment in reading this story. It is funny and interesting , especially the young man tries very hard to pretend to be mature so that he can be more easily identified with his mother.
If you are not terrified by such contents of serious abnormal relationship betwee mother and son, this story is worth recommended because the writer has tried to make this story is entertaining as possible.
